A:  No we do not pay for lunch breaks.

2.  Q:  Do I need to send a cover sheet or Attn to on my paperwork/time sheet?
A: You do not have to put a coversheet with your faxed paperwork; just be sure to put        your name on each piece of paper that you send in.

3.
Q: Do I need to fax the instructions pages that come with the w9 and i9?
A: You do not have to fax the directions for filling out your i9 and/or w9; we know how       to do it.

4.
Q:What is the protocol for payment?
A: Please read your contract before you sign it and it will explain the protocol for                payment. But if you are not the type of person who reads things before you sign            them, then here is how payroll works:  You are paid within 10 business days after          the last day that you worked assuming you turned your time sheet in by the Sunday        after you worked.

5.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: We must have your time sheet, w9 and contract in order to pay you. You must have      your timesheet faxed in by Sunday night following the week you worked.
(This means our pay schedule is from Monday morning to Sunday evening each              week. For example if you worked on Monday and Thursday that week then on              Sunday evening you need to have your paperwork faxed into us.)
